የመጽሔቱ አላማ፤

የነጻነት ድምፅ የአማራ ፋኖ ብሔራዊ ንቅናቄ — ይፋዊ የፖለቲካ ልሳን ነው። አላማውም የአማራ ሕዝብ ለህልውናው፣ ለፍትህ እና ለብሔራዊ ክብሩ የሚያደርገውን ህዝባዊ ትግል፤ በየሳምንቱ በሚታተም መጽሔት በፖለቲካ፣ በሃሳብ እና በመረጃ የበለፀገ ማድረግና የድርጅቱንና የሕዝቡን የትግልና የፖለቲካ መስተጋበር ከፍ ለማድረግ ነው። መጽሔቱ የንቅናቄውን መስመር፣ በየምዕራፉ የሚደረስባቸውንና የሚጠይቀውን ተሳትፎ ለታጋዮች፣ ለደጋፊዎችና ለዓለም አቀፉ ማህበረሰብ ተዳራሽ በማድረግ የአማራን የሕልውና ትግል ደጋፊ ማሳደግን ያለመ ነው።

መጽሔቱ የሚይዛቸው ዋና ዋና ይዘቶች፤

  • የአማራ ፋኖ የትግል መነሻ ምክንያቶች፣ የሚከተለው የትግል ስልትና ግቦች፣

  • የአፋብን ድርጅታዊ ርዕዮተ–ዓለም እና የፖለቲካ ፕሮግራሞች:

  • የፖለቲካ መምሪያው ሳምንታዊ ርዕሰ–አንቀጽ፣

  • ሀገራዊ፣ ቀጣናዊና ዓለማቀፋዊ የፖለቲካ ትንታኔዎች፣

  • አስተማሪ የሆነ የትናንት ታሪክ፣ የዛሬ እውነታና የነገ አቅጣጫ፣

  • የሀሰት ትርክት ያላደበዘዘውና አምባገነኖች ያላጠፉት የአማራነት እውነት፣

  • የሕዝባዊ የትግል ጥሪዎችና ወቅታዊ የፖለቲካ መልዕክቶች፣

  • ወዘተ

መፅሔቷን እንዴት ማግኘት እና ማሰራጨት ይቻላል፤

  • በሳምንታዊ መጽሔቱ በዌብሳይት እና በማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ገጾች ያገኛሉ፣

  • በየአካባቢው በሚገኙ የንቅናቄው አስተባባሪዎች ጠይቆ ማግኘት ይቻላል፣

የትግሉ ደጋፊዎች ንቁ ተሳትፎ አስፈላጊነት፤

  • በየሳምንቱ በሚወጡ ጽሁፎች ላይ አስተያየትዎን በመፃፍ፣

  • ጠቃሚ ግብዓቶችን ለዝግጅት ክፍሉ በመላክ፣

  • በአካባቢዎ የሚፈጸሙ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰቶችን በመጠቆም፣

  • መጽሔቷን ለብዙሃኑ ተደራሽ በማድረግ ንቁ ተሳትፎ ማድረግ ይገባል።

የዝግጅት ክፍሉ፡

መጽሔቱ በፖለቲካ መምሪያው በሚደራጅ ዝግጅት ኮሚቴ የሚመራ ሲሆን የሚከተሉት አድራሻዎች ይኖሩታል፡

የነጻነት ድምፅ ቁልፍ መርሆች፤

የነጻነት ድምፅ መጽሔት ከድርጅታችን አፋብንና ከፖለቲካ መምሪያው የተቀዱ የሚከተሉትን መርሆች ጠብቆ ይሰራል፡

  1. ማሕበራዊ እሴትን መጠበቅ፡ የአማራ ሕዝብ የዘመናት ታሪኩ እንደሚያሳየው ለአብሮነት የሚመች፣ ሰላም፣ ፍትህና እኩልነትን የሚሻ ሥልጡን ሕዝብ ነው። እንደሀገርም ከመገንጠል ይልቅ አብሮነትን፣ ከጎሳዊ እሳቤ ይልቅ ብሔራዊ አንድነትን፣ ከፅንፈኝነት ይልቅ አካታችነትና አብሮነትን ባሕሉ ያደረገ ሕዝብ ነው። በተጨማሪም የሀገር ማንነትና መገለጫ የሆኑ የጋራ የሕዝብ እሴቶች በአግባቡ መጠበቅ እንዳለባቸውም በጽኑ ያምናል። ለዚህም ተግቶ ይሠራል።

  2. የግዛት አንድነትና ሉዓላዊነት፡– የኢትዮጵያ የግዛት አንድነት፣ ሉዓላዊነትና፣ ብሔራዊ ጥቅም ሳይሸራረፍ መጠበቅ እንዳለበት በጽኑ ያምናል። ዜጎች ከማንኛውም የውስጥና የውጭ ወራሪ አደጋ ውስጥ እንዳይወድቁና ደህንጽቸው እንዲከበር ይሰራል።

  1. እኩልነትና ነፃነት፡– ሁሉም የማሕበረሰባችን ክፍል ተከባብረውና ተሳስበው የሚኖሩባት ሀገር መኖር ለዘላቂ ሰላምና ፍትህ ቁልፍ ጉዳይ ነው። በሀገራችን ያሉ ብሔረሰቦች፣ ጎሣዎች፣ ሃይማኖቶች፣ ቋንቋዎች እና ባህሎች የሁላችንም እንደመሆናቸው መጠን፤ ተገቢው ዕውቅናና እንክብካቤ ሊደረግላቸው እንደሚገባ በጽኑ ያምናል።

  1. የኃይማኖትና የመንግሥት መለያየት፡– መንግሥታዊ ኃይማኖት አይኖርም፤ ኃይማኖታዊ መንግሥትም አይኖርም። መንግሥት በኃይማኖት አሠራር ጣልቃ አይገባም፤ ኃይማኖትም በመንግሥት አሠራር ጣልቃ አይገባም። ሆኖም በትውልድ ግንባታ ላይ ከፍተኛ ሚና ያላቸው በመሆኑ መንግሥት የሕዝቡን ነባር ባህሎች፣ ኃይማኖቶች እና እሴቶች እንዲጠበቁና እንዲከበሩ ይሰራል።

  2. በትብብር መሥራት፡– የአማራ ፋኖ ብሔራዊ ንቅናቄ አንድ ወጥ አማራዊ ተቋም እንዲፈጠር አጥብቆ ይሠራል። በተጨማሪም ከማንኛውም ጭቆናንና ዘር ጭፍጨፋን ከሚቃወም፣ የአማራ ሕዝብ መሠረታዊ የትግል ምክንያቶችን ከሚያከብር፣ የአማራ ፋኖ ብሔራዊ ንቅናቄን የትግል ግብ የሚያከብር እና ፍትህ ፈላጊ ከሆነ ድርጅት ጋር ተባብሮ ለመሥራትና ሀገራዊ መንግሥት ለመመሥረት ጽኑ ፍላጎት ያለው ተቋም ነው። ስለሆነም የነፃነት ድምጽ ይህን መርህ አክብሮ ይሰራል።

  3. የሰብዓዊ መብት ድንጋጌዎችን ማክበር፡– የአማራ ፋኖ ብሔራዊ ንቅናቄ ለሰብዓዊ መብትቶች መከበር ልዩ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ ይንቀሳቀሳል። የሰው ልጆች የሰብዓዊነት መርሆች እንዲከበሩ የሚያስችሏቸውን ዓለም አቀፍ ስምምነቶችን ያደረጉ ሲሆን፤ ከእነዚህም ውስጥ መሠረታዊ የሆነው ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብዓዊ መብቶች ድንጋጌ (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) /UDHR/ ነው። የአማራ ፋኖ ብሔራዊ ንቅናቄ ይህን ድንጋጌና ሌሎች ዓለማቀፍና አህጉር አቀፍ ሰብዓዊ መብት ሕግጋቶችን በጽኑ የሚያከብር መሆኑን የነፃነት ድምጽ አጉልቶ ያሳያል።

  4. እውነተኛ ትርክት መገንባት፡– አማራ ለዚህ ሁሉ ግፍና በደል የተጋለጠው በተውሶና ፀረ–አማራ በሆነ ትርክት ነው። ሰለሆነም የአማራ ትግል አንዱ ዓላማ፤ ይህን ስሁት ፀረ–አማራ ትርክት በእውነተኛ ትርክት በመቀየር፤ የአማራን ሕዝብ የሀገር ባለውለታነት፣ ሥልጡንነት፣ እውነተኛ ባህልና እሴቶች ባለቤትነት፣ እንደሀገር ለመቀጠል፣ ቀጠናውንም ሰላምና መረጋጋት ለመመለስ የአማራ እውነተኛ ትርክት በልኩ ሊነገር፣ በሁሉም ዘንድ ሰርጾ ሊሰራበት ይገባል። የተገንጣይና የጎሰኝት ትርክት ታርሞ፤ እንደሀገር በጋራ ሊያስቀጥል የሚችል እውነተኛ ትርክት ሳይደበዝዝ ተቆጣጥሮ ማዝለቅ የክፍሉ ኃላፊነት ይሆናል።

  5. ሕዝባዊነት፡– የአማራ ፋኖ ትግል የግለሰቦች ወይንም የጥቂት ቡድኖች አይደለም። ለግማሽ ክፍለ ዘመን ዋጋ የተከፈለበት የትውልድ ቅብብሎሽ ትግል ነው። ስለሆነም የአማራ ፋኖ ትግል ባለቤቱ የአማራ ሕዝብ ነው። የዚህ ትግል ታሪካዊ መሪ ደግሞ የአማራ ፋኖ ብሔራዊ ንቅናቄ ነው። ስለሆነም ባለአደራ የሆነው አፋብን ሚሊዮኖች ዋጋ የከፈሉለትን ይህን የአማራ ሕዝብ ትግል ቁልፍ የሆኑ ድርጅታዊ ውሳኔዎችና እጥፋቶችን በየደረጃው ያሉ አመራሮች፣ አባላትና ሕዝብን እያወያዬና እያማከረ የትግሉን ዓላማና ግብ የጠበቀ መሆኑን ያመላክታል።

  6. ተአማኒነትና ግልፀኝነት፡– የነፃነት ድምጽ የድርጅቱን የፖለቲካ ስራዎች ትኩረት አድርጎ የሚሰራ ነው። ድርጅቱ የሚያሳልፋቸውን የፖለቲካ ውሳኔዎች፣ ስምምነቶች፣ የትግል ጥሪዎችና አቅጣጫዎች ለሕዝብና ለአባላት ግልጽ መሆን ያለባቸውን ግልጽ አድርጎ ያስቀምጣል።

Purpose of the Magazine:
The Voice of Freedom is the official political communication outlet of the Amhara Fano National Movement (AFNM). Its aim is to advance the popular struggle of the Amhara people for their freedom, justice, and national dignity. The magazine is published weekly and focuses on politics, new ideas, and information with the goal of strengthening the organization and the people’s struggle and political engagement. It serves as a platform to communicate the movement’s mission and to encourage active participation from supporters, advocates, and the international community in support of the Amhara people’s fight for freedom.

The Voice of Freedom newsletter operates under certain guiding principles upheld by AFNM and the political leadership:

  1. Preserving Social Values:
    The Amhara people are a peace-loving, just, and egalitarian society. They value unity over division, national solidarity over ethnic strife, and coexistence over extremism. In addition, the Movement strongly believes in maintaining shared national identity and values.

  2. Territorial Unity and Sovereignty:
    The movement firmly believes in protecting Ethiopia’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, and national interests without compromise. It strives to safeguard citizens from any internal or external threats ensuring their security.

  3. Equality and Freedom:
    A country where all sections of society coexist with equality is key to lasting peace and justice. The movement emphasizes respect and care for all ethnicities, religions, languages, and cultures within the country.

  4. Separation of Religion and Government:
    There is place for state religion or religious government. While religion plays an important role culturally, governance should not be based on religious rule, and vice versa. We work for a government that respects and preserves the moral values, religions, and cultures of the peoples of the Nation.

  5. Collaboration:
    AFNM aims to become a united Amhara institution focused on collaboration. It works against any division or conflict and is committed to the fundamental causes of the Amhara people’s struggle, justice, and national governance.

  6. Respect for Human Rights:
    The movement places especial focus on human rights, advocating for international human rights agreements like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and ensuring their full respect.

  7. Establishing True Interpretation:
    The Amhara struggle against historical injustices and anti-Amhara narratives seeks to replace falsehoods with truthful explanations. It aims to uphold the Amhara people’s rightful ownership of their culture, values, and identity for national peace and stability.

  8. Popular Ownership:
    The Amhara Fano struggle is not that of individuals or small groups but of the Amhara people as a whole. The historical leadership reflects the movement’s commitment to representing the people’s interests responsibly at all levels.

    The Voice of Freedom focuses on the organization’s political work with clarity and transparency. The movement openly shares decisions, agreements, calls, and directions with both members and the public, in as far as possible.
